yes, easily. Nearly all games have multiple languages on disc or included with the download.

I remember LittleBigPlanet 2 is about 2GB game and 10GB language packs.

Interesting.  Thanks for sharing!  Then they definitely should just give the option to install which language you want before the game installs onto your system.  Or just have one default language on the game then put the others on PSN.
