I don't think your thread got reported. It was a simple mistake. Nothing mind boggling about that.
But as I wrote in the other thread it might be a good idea to collect sales data from different PAL/European regions in 1 "European sales charts" thread as some of these threads receive very low activity on their own.
It'd require a bit more work but I'm sure users from the different regions would help posting the charts or links to the charts.
