I really, REALLY don't want to see Lesnar vs Goldberg 2. I thought the first one was horrible, I think the 2nd one might be even worse!
Goldberg is 49 going on 50 (December), his last match was 12 years ago, so he'll likely be very rusty ans winded, and have to rely on Brock to carry the match. That's a problem, that is a HUGE problem, because Lesnar just doesn't give a damn anymore. He puts almost no effort into his matches, it's just 10-20 suplexes, an F-5, and that's it. His last 2 PPV matches at SummerSlam and WrestleMania were huge stinkers, the match with Dean Ambrose at WrestleMania was ESPECIALLY disappointing. That could've EASILY been the best match of the night with Brock's monster like aura and Dean being a crazy SOB pulling out every weapon in the book. I was so hyped to see that match and it was such a letdown it killed most of my excitement for the show. I have a very tough time seeing Goldberg vs. Lesnar 2 being anything BUT a huge disappointment. If it were up to me, I'd just give Goldberg a Hall of Fame induction and leave it at that; Meanwhile Brock would fight Roman or Samoa Joe or Kevin Owens, a big, heavy fighting guy who could be perceived as a legit threat to Brock.
Maybe I'm wrong, and maybe Brock and Goldberg will have an incredible, big fight match that is freaking awesome. But I see and have very little reason to believe this to be the case. I'm expecting this to be a huge waste of time on whichever card they're on.
