Why do people keep bringing up Bill Clinton? He isn't running for president. Who gives a fuck what he does? 

Straw man. Bill is being brought up because they can't really throw the shit on Hillary directly. So the goal is to throw a mountain on Bill and hope that some of the splashback lands on her.
