Most Americans in general believe in "innocent until proven guilty."  Even if you do no believe in that, you're going to have a hard time getting intelligent people to switch over to "guilty until proven innocent."  At the very least, you're going to have to present much better arguments then simply repeating accusations over and over as if they were fact.

Okay, you're right. This woman is clearly a liar, only here to tear down Hillary. She wasn't raped, she wasn't menaced, and those are crocodile tears. Similarly, any woman who says she was raped is automatically a liar as well until proven in a court of law.
