I've been an atheist since I was 10 years old, that makes your entire statement invalid.
OT: Most everyone seeks a group to belong to, and the group gathers around certain themes. That is not religion - rather, it is pure human desire for socializing. That is why you and I are here, among other useful factors that exist on this forum, such as making game releases easier to follow, for example.
