Best graphics in a PS3 open world game

CPU and GPU together make a game look as good as it does, an open world with nothing in it can look amazing visually but I wouldn't say it makes the best use of hardware. NFS MW doesn't even look better than Infamous 2, it just looks more realistic while Infamous 2 looks like a comic and that's the art style of the game.

NFS has significantly better lighting and it still has a lot going on in its world; it may not have pedestrians, but it has NPC traffic, cop cars, and tons of destructible roadside detail like signs, bins, and letterboxes.

Infamous 2 has a lot of pedestrians, traffic and a lot more destructible objects that produce smoke and fire effects when they are destroyed. These destructible objects are sometimes as large as entire buildings. That's more impressive than destructible road signs.

You can also pick up and throw objects like cars and trucks. There are also tons of enemies in the game and the game still performs well.
