First you can play just relatively small number of PS4/Vita games on that way. Second you would need to buy separate Vita and separate PS4, thats around $500.  Third its not so easy and practical like rumoured NX, playing one game at home on TV, ditch handheld from base unit and you can immediately continue playing same game on go.

But I already said that. I said that Nintendo's solution will be available on all games and be less cumbersome. I'm simply stating that the concept (in a more expensive, more cumbersome form) is already being put in use by another major player in the industry, and thus the concept itself is not innovative.

Well thats just one option for PS4/Vita, its totally different when you make whole console about that concept, IMO concept is that NX is basicly handheld and home console in one, you can't say that for PS4/Vita.
