How could anyone hate battlefield? It's one of the best stages in the game. It's really small, so people can't get away from you as easily. They're forced to fight back. The lamest stages are stuff like Lucario's stage. People can run like a coward on that stage, and the stage itself messes up the fight. I hate that stage and the Toon Link stage. |
Spear Pillar is my favorite stage and it doesn't mess me up at all. There are plenty of warnings for each of the stage's effects. If you can't avoid them, it's your own fault. There is a reason you almost never see me get hit by the beam unguarded and the fact that I keep fighting even when directions get reversed or it flips upside down. ^_^ |
See, that is what messes me up. When it flips or reverses... I don't mind the beams, as I rarely am going to get hit by them, but I get mixed up with the flips... Even when reading that at the very end things started to get mixed up for me... It took me a second to realize that ^_^ was correctly right-side up. I got things upside-down in my mind when I read the bolded part cuz I was thinking of the stage... lol I am so weird... -_-U |
Best KO on Spear Pillar for me was against Riot one day when it flipped upside down. He decided to jump straight up over one of the moving platforms so I jumped under him and him down into the ceiling of Spear Pillar ending the match. I bet he didn't see that one coming. ^_^
