I think that rebranding for TNA is a great idea. They can drop the worst wrestling name of all time (Tits n Ass Wrestling). Also, selling the library to Vince would give Corgan or whoever is buying it a nice amount of money. It could be promoted as a new wrestling organization to the casual wrestling fan. They would check it out not knowing that it's TNA. But the best thing about the entire situatuon is that Dixie will no longer be around to mess things up.
