The big mistake you make is think that these sales are only from one kind of gamers. Those who buy it every year. While those surely exist, there are tons of people who only buy every 2nd or only every 3rd FIFA game. That means the fan base of the FIFA games is MUCH bigger than you think it is. (Same for CoD btw.).
The other part about corrupt organisation doesn't have anything to do with the game itself.

Well some of the money you spend on the game goes too that corrupt organisation.
