DSware, Wiiware, Eshop, myNintendo, clubNintendo, Nintendo ID, friendcodes etc why is Nintendo so confusing?

Downloads locked to hardware is inexcusable, and friend codes are a pain in the butt. I think NX will emulate the PSN system so that digital games are linked to an account that carries across all systems, and a friend on console is immediately a friend on handheld. Oh and let's get some party chat going too!
