Ultimately, it's not like the concept was ever so far out, even before this example.
So I don't find it strange that this company independently came up with similar idea,
or, of course, they could have copied the concept based on insider source,
as Nintendo is of course building thru Chinese partners, and stuff leaks.
EDIT: And what might work for Nintendo isn't necessary a sure-win for other companies.
It's not exactly like there is a line of companies trying to enter console market.
Even with a decent product, they would be competing vs. Nintendo, Sony, and of course Android tablets etc.
So the fact they were unable to put it into production doesn't say much to me.

All I gotta say is, if it turns out NX is remotely similar to this...
It's going to be funny when this guy has to eat his words (re: dissing concept).
I mean, really, if we're going by the similarity to the gaming press leak drawings,
if this guy in the video hates it so much, why didn't he diss the concept then?
(oh wait, that's when he himself probably believed Nintendo was doing it)
