I think his point is that Japanese PS4 sales may improve when more of the big games start to arrive in the next 12 months.

He called Japan PS4 sales impressive, there is nothing impressive about them at all regardless games, PS4 sales on West were great even without great and exclusive games. Only around Japan 3m from around WW 45m is bad, not impresive.
