NX is executing something Sony never did. Its more like Sony tinkered with the idea of hybrid console via PSP and Vita, but never delivered.

Licensing issues isn't the reason why many Vita titles aren't on PS TV, atleast not entirely. The REAL problem is many games were designed to utilize Vita features like the camera, touch screen, touch pads, etc. The PS TV didn't exist when many games were developed, so these titles simply weren't designed for a basic gamepad. This is why we can't play 1st party games like Uncharted:GA, Resistance, Unit 13, or Gravity Rush on a PS TV.

Developers could patch games to work with PS TV properly, but many obviously didn't feel it was worthwhile.

NX appeals to me because I like portable devices and its going to be the primary focus of Nintendo 1st party. I think it has the potential to do very well, depending on price.

You can't play Gravity Rush on PSTV because the deveopers wanted you to buy Gravity Rush Remastered on the the PS4. I got both versions and loved it. Can't wait for GR 2.

No, PS TV came years before the PS4 remaster of Gravity Rush.

Gravity Rush and Tear Away were designed for Vita's unique hardware. They stripped that out on the PS4 remasters.
