I see we are still pretending that PS3 didn't launch at $499.99. Not sure why people overlook the 20GB system without memory card readers. It was after all still fully backwards compatable, and far supirior to the 2000 series that was so beloved.

I am not sure what Jack is trying for in this interview. He is answering like a crappy political figure, instead of telling the truth. As someone outside of Sony I would like to hear a much more candid view, and not one that is still trying to tell people what they want to hear.

PS3's early failure was not a Sony problem, it was a consumer problem. People chose wrong, and now we live with the effects of that failure. That is the real story, not popular, but it doesn't get any more true.

Stop hate, let others live the life they were given. Everyone has their problems, and no one should have to feel ashamed for the way they were born. Be proud of who you are, encourage others to be proud of themselves. Learn, research, absorb everything around you. Nothing is meaningless, a purpose is placed on everything no matter how you perceive it. Discover how to love, and share that love with everything that you encounter. Help make existence a beautiful thing.
