He's stated he wouldnt take the option off the table (no politician would say they would - so thats fine) but would be prepared to use it if need be on parts of Europe...., I dont know about you, and I know some americans think Europe is a single country, but Europe is multiple. So ergo, the previous poster wasnt incorrect. Then later on stated he was being sarcastic. The guy is a fool, and no one who talks like that should ever be in office, because he's one of those people who cannot do deplomacy. I mean who "jokes/sarcastic" about using nukes... I mean seriously, one of the worst weapons ever used/created and he's joking/being sarcastic about using them... man sorry but you can try and create an argument, but there is no defense to what he has been saying.
What he has said about nukes, women, what he has said about pregnant people, mexicans, and a whole lot more. Not forgetting how he fails to pay contractors and basically runs them into the ground, and basically uses his cash to ensure he never pays what they contractly agrees, and saying Obama was not american and having no proof, and well where are his tax returns... As i said I'm not even american and I've come across this information.
If thats not enough for you, then not much point in me discussing it with you. We have the same issue in the UK with people who are following Corbyn... the guy says stupid things. There may be reasonable points in their somewhere if you take away what they have said, but if they cannot even speak properly, no way should they run a country.
