Ninja Gaiden 2 - as good as DMC 4

I like the story in DMC fine, it's not spectacular but there isn't much to complain about, storywise, either.

However, as ChronotriggerJM says, the cutscenes are fantastic. The coreography and dialogue is just awesome.
