I think his muthaboard doesn't support the powerful GPUs since it only has a 4-pin ATX Power connector for the GPU.
So possibly you can get a Radeon 460 or a Nvidia 750, but it's important to check if they output through a 4-pin ATX and not 6-pin.
An alternative solution is to build an entirely new comp.
