Yeah but who's going to protect the "guards" ... lol? You're taking another countries resources, they out number you by several million .... that would be a (in Trumponology) a *disaster* waiting to happen. 

Even with a ton of troops and heavily fortified military bases, US troops were regular targets of suicide bombers and hostile attacks. A small ground force protecting an oil rig would be a sitting duck. 

Well to be fair, his idea of a small force was 10k troops. Yes they would be outnumbered, but in Trumps mind, I have to assume they will be armed with the greatest best Yuggest weapons.

Plus he would probably save money by not paying the workers who transport the oil and the defenses will be made by the lowest bidder.
