Congrats, Microsoft has another sequel pushed into the holidays just to push consoles while Sony is launching a new AAA IP in February. What's the last time Microsoft developed a new AAA IP?

the last time was recore, but that does not count, because its not AAA
so quantum break, but that does not count, because it's not first party
