If it's fake it's certainly one of the more realized mock ups, it's got the dock, screen and detachable controller like int the rumours but also matches an unusual patent Nintendo had for a U shaped device.
Some speculation but although the shoulder buttons can't be seen the finger placement if Nintendo is utilizing all or some of their patents suggest the scroll wheel buttons may be in use.
