Why do we insist that NX has to be another PS or XB, or else it'll fail?

Stupid question but why is the link on the screen running if he isn't moving the dpad or the slide pad?

There is auto-run in the new zelda.

Its rather intelligent too, they show cased him on a horse useing this features (no hands on controller) and it just ran, by it self, and was smart to avoid tree's and things.

 

Also the source is from twitter (saw it on neogaf). "nx is good" as the headline for the picture.
