Why do we insist that NX has to be another PS or XB, or else it'll fail?

In my idea the nx is a console and their next handheld combined so they can have that incredible handheld market they have at the same time I hope they have something like twitch on their console.  Lets call it the NX view where you can stream games and your username is your Nintendo account so you can stream games and open up to let people join your game for example mario kart/brawl because kids love it. With NX view nintendo can also put some conditions about streaming connected to your account (because they love to protect their stuff).   I think it would be great if you have a NX handheld that is ofcourse portable so kids can take it to their granny's and for example play minecraft with their friends online.
