Just like how everybody isn't racist. Sure, everybody isn't but there's still a great amount of people who are. What happened is wrong, black officer or white officer.

Except the guy had a gun, and didn't comply. That's not "murder", that's someone getting shot because they pose a lethal threat to police for not laying down their firearm.
