Yeah, I guess that's it. And piracy as another separate common reason, probably. Still, posting a case doesn't cost that much either, and it increases the value of the product so much that I imagine a lot of sellers would still see it as worth the extra effort and cost. Besides, on eBay the buyer usually pays for postage and packing.
