Interesting and weird at the same time.Making it have a portable performance module seems weird to the On The Go aproach.I mean, its not very portable. But at the same time, it looks interesting, since it is very different. If it is supposed to also be a handheld at this level of power, japanese support is basically a garantee at this point, with the companies developing for 3DS AND for Vita jumping to NX.At the very least, we can be certain that those guys will offer support. Now, more than that?We dont know, and it all really depends on what the NX ends up being and its success on the market.

I do like the "performance module" idea if it was optional. They could even just introduce different "modules" as times goes on to add more performance.

I wouldn't mind that.

Module has extra processing power + say extra battery built in. I could dig it.

But that cpould also kill the ease of use.Yes, I know that you would still be able to play the games with the "vanilla" version, but you wouldnt get the best experience, and I would hate that.If it was only one module or two, released like 3 to 4 years after the initial launch, I could be more ok with that, but it still dosent rub me the right way.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
