Racist no, stereotyping yes. A lot of comments are actually more on the line of stereotyping then being actual racist. The 2 are confused a lot. Your best friend can be of another race and you probably would never consider yourself or you race above them but you probably harbor stereotypical ideals about their race. Some of these ideas can definitely thread the needle to being racist.
