There definitely are rival sites out there, but those sites will only ever stand a chance if all big youtubers one day made a pact and decided to leave Youtube and move over there such as PewDiePie and such. 

Incentives could easily be made. Like better pay and such. Thats not too hard. However I feel like the problem is Google or another big company like Facebook would buy it and have it go to shit too
