BlueTooth communications use very little power to transmit / receive information so it would not impact the phone very much at all having these headphones connected, the Headphones themselves though I think have somewhere in the region of 5 hours use as new, so after some time if this time was to go down a bit I mean... there is going to be far more cases of the headphones running out of power before the phones do.
