The Wind Waker style by far. The cel shading is far more striking, fantastical and eye catching and really suits the series better.
That's just my opinion, but I really think the next Zelda should have improved TWW graphics.
Also, the cel shading looks kind bad on the DS (and PH) so we need a Wii version.
Anyway, pretty much anything except the Twilight Princess art style. A OoT/MM art style game would be...interesting...yet odd as hell (ever see some of the concept art for the game?)
