Anything that has some kind of precise movement involved, and by precise it's enough to have some cursor movement even if it doesn't have to be fast. That's basically a lot of real-time games and then some. It's not just the graphics but even more importantly the feel and responsiveness. Unfortunately it seems that a lot of games still have controls tied to framerate (and I'm not sure there's an easy way around it).

To narrow it down a bit, obviously the more precision and speed you need, the more a game benefits from high framerate.
