Neither overall.
It would depend on your point of view as well, but since no specs or anything too extravagant is listed, it just sits in the middle.
I think some people are sying the third party support sounds too good, but like I said, point of view, because there' nothing too special about that third party line-up unless you expect no third parties at all to be there or shovelware only which is a bit ridiculous, even for doomsayers.
