I believe it's probably fake, but I rather like how it looks. Reminds me of a Wii U gamepad with detachable side controllers. Though, unlike most, I found the gamepad rather comfortable to hold and play with (and I have teeny tiny girl hands).
But the lack of labels on the button kinda seem to indicate that this is a fake. It wouldn't make sense to not label the buttons at all.
