No mate it doesn't suggest anything of the sort as this sentence can mean anything, handheld and home consoles sharing a libarary can fall under this sentence for a start. Two devices that share a library and connect to each other like in the new rumour also falls under this, it's a vague statement.

With all things Nintendo recently was saying and EG infos, it not at all vague statment, actually perfectly fits all that.

Then you're essentially implying meaning, what he said doesn't essentially confirm anything, if you taje what was said, add the rumor EG had and put those together you can draw that conclusion. But it's just as easy to say it implies two separate devices with a shared library.

It basically confirmed what is widely accepted opinion that NX is hybrid. There is no one single info that saying that NX have two separate devices, standalone console and standalone handheld.
