At this point I'd say no. You'd be better off just getting a Nintendo NX, as it's likely going to amalgamate what's left of the dedicated portable market, and that means taking the developers as well. And a Tegra X1 (if that is indeed the chip Nintendo uses) is far, far more powerful than what a "Vita Pro" would be.
