Not really the kind of music I enjoy listening, so as far as I'm concerned it's not even close to the best song of the year. Not even in contention for top 100. Then again, as people have already pointed out this is an entirely subjective topic. I can never understand the appeal of Katy Perry, but it doesn't really matter to me if others like her music.
