But this is a workaround of touchscreen limitations, it`s just turning a tablet into a laptop, for that we can use Chromebooks. I mean a way to overcome touchscreen limitarions but still use nothing but touchscreen to have the work done.

Of course it is a workaround. A tablet or smartphone ain't the best tool for the task you described. But the touchscreen limitations doesn't matter for many many other tasks. Most people don't have to edit hundreds of pages and a tablet can be more useful for them to cater their tasks than a heavier laptop.
