That's actually a common tactic by leftist politicians and media agitators to keep the populace ignorant, to create straw mans: "taking in refugees with other religions aren't a threat to you celebrating christian holidays", as if anyone claimed that.
"everything is okay, just keep on consuming and pretend like nothing is wrong" while you're becoming a minority in your neighborhood and while your women are being raped.
