I read this article about how most of The Division players have moved on. It got me thinking. What's the big deal?
The game sells millions, Ubisoft make big profits, the players stay really active for 3/4 months and then they move on.
I don't get this obsession with a game having to remain active until the sequel comes out. That only happens with games like GTA, cod, fifa etc.
Unless the division had a shit load of monthly content for free they can't realistically expect people to stay.
And I don't see the problem. People like to move on and experience new games. When I get the division I'll probably play it for 1/2 months and move on myself.
Ubisoft and massive games want all the players back? Then release the division 2. And you'll have them back for 3/4 months again.
