If a $399 Xbox One S isn't consisted premium with old tech then I can see the Scorpio being at least $500-600 machine.
A new custom GPU, more expensive RAM, maybe a new CPU, possibly 1&2TB HDD to support 4K content 4K UHD player and more.
By logic, if they can release a Scorpio at $400 with the above and break even out only make a $50 loss, then the PS4 Pro should be able to drop the price of its costs by $100 dollars.
