It's does have the pass-through so you're good there.  HDR???  According to this:

4K UltraHD / HDR / HDCP 2.2 / 4:4:4 Color Space

You're good to go. Just run it through your receiver.

Okay because I had JUST got this thing maybe like 2 or 3 months ago and was not wanting to freaking have to get rid of it to upgrade lol. Loving teh sound from this thing though! Best Buy had mistakingly marked it for $299! In store and I jumped on it.....and they IMMEDIATELY fixed it after my purchase lol. The manager was like thanks fo rcatching that so they could fix it lol. And I just said no.....thank you for the great sale lmbo.
