No. Sony's policy with Pro options is that developers can't charge players extra money for them, and thus can't expect developers to always give up the extra resources and money for them. It's only fair at the end of the day, and generally speaking, when devs aren't forced to do something like this, the ones that choose to do it will actually put some effort into it.
