And if you want to believe anything a corporation tells you then go right ahead, but I'm always going to be skeptical of things that they say and I doubt there's a single one that has ever been 100% honest about their reasons and intentions. To me 'we're not revealing it so people can't steal it' sounds much more like 'we don't actually have a product ready to reveal yet'.

Those are actually very small leaks for console that will be launched in 6 months, compare that with leaks with WiiU/PS4/XB1/PS4Pro and you will see that NX NDA is very tight. Nobady cant oficaly coment NX yet, NDA is very very strong (like I wrote, all sources saying much stronger NDA than anuthing before), even we know just one Nintendo game for sure for NX.

If that makes sense offcourse I belive, and few fact: Nintendo last year said "we don't want to reveal too soon because of competition", also Nintendo several times confirmed March like release date, if they are not ready or there is possibility for delay they would never confirmed every time they talked about NX March like release date. With all that totally make sense to reveal console at end of September or early October and launched around 6 months later. Offcoruse they have product ready to reveile it, they launching in 6 monts. :)

I'd disagree the NDAs are any more strict than they've ever been, and just say its been far closer to the release of the console than it's ever been and we can see the repercussions of it as well. More information has been leaked, and more games have been announced than ever before when looking at official reveals. Nintendo used to be in control of the information flow a LOT better, and if someone happened to leak pretty much exactly what NX will be (looking at you Eurogamer) it will also be the first time ever.
