Games like Winning Post have been "sequel'ed" out on the PS2 - don't see why a PS3 version would sell much better. If fact, its amazing how many of the games ARE sequels. Wonder when we'll see some more original PS3 titles...
I agree that there are enough titles, but almost none that appeal to the eastern audience, and certainly no system sellers. Virtua Tennis, Pro Yakyuu, and Winning Post could sell a few copies, but not games that can move systems. I don't see the end of the drought coming anytime soon at all.
Madden and Fight Night may look nice to you, but have no appeal to Japan.
