But the guy isn't swearing by his diagnosis, he is putting the possibility out there based on many incidents and LEAKED VERIFIED EMAILS. 

The two aren't mutually exclusive, you can be politically motivated and have some truth to what you are saying and suggesting. 

Which is typical Trump bullshit. "Put it out there, doesn't matter if it's true or not". 

"People are talking". And then when you are pressed on it you can bail out and say "I dunno folkes, now I don't know. Maybe she has testicular cancer. Who knows. I can't say. Maybe she does have it. There's signs. Who's to say".
