Is Wiiware really this bad?

Now that I have a fiber optics internet connexion, my complain is not seeing the Mario/Luigi progress bar long enough.

What a disappointement it is to get Fire Mario and be able to throw fire balls for only 10 seconds .

The bigger size of WiiWare title helps a little though. I still haven't had swimming Mario (if he really exists), that would suck if I finally got it with a NES game.
