The key thing here is, will you love the child? It may be a no-brainer to some people, but as someone who works for a living with special needs children and adults -I can tell you right now that not everyone does. Or, perhaps they did, but were unprepared for the trials and tribulations of parenthood. Basically, as long as you know you'll love the child despite its inconvenience, keep it. If not, don't. Because there's nothing more heartbreaking than an unloved child.

Not saying it'll be easy being a parent either XD I, myself, am not a parent. But you're probably aware of how important it is to give them the love and attention they deserve and the variables that come with them. Sickness, injury, and a child's naive nature lead to other issues which may emotionally hurt you, your significant other, or them. Keep in mind a child (keeping till 18, US data btw) is about $250,000-300,000 dollars. So they've a pretty hefty investment. Being a parent is a hard job, but damn well worth it in the end... unless they become a serial killer. Or serial rapist. Or both. Or something else awful.
