Why settle for less? If there competition can do it and sell it for a reasonable price than this is clearly them not caring and riding the wave of success. I can see them offering a PS4 Pro X next year which will include one at no extra cost. Its all a marketing strategy. If your happy to Stream and download movies and don't care about buying physical media than its perfect for you. However many out there still buy Disks. I myself collect games via digital however my movie library has always been physical.
