Uncharted blows Killzone out of the water for me. Even back in 2009 I always thought KZ2 looked fugly as hell with its monotonous grey environments and tacky filters.

Also, I can see what games look like without playing them; I've seen UC4 and The Order running on a TV screen, and I can see videos of Doom online. And yes, all three do look very nice. Honestly though, I still think the best video game graphics I've seen to date is Star Wars Battlefront on PC.

I can understand Killzone 2 not being visually appealing to everyone, but its visuals were not grey at all and the filter was not very noticeable. The bloom though looked amazing and as I said to CGI Killzone 2 had a lot more going in its environments, more NPC's and more open levels while having graphics that matched Uncharted 2.

Pretty much every single level in KZ2 was a murky grey industrial area, and the filters were very overbearing in my view.

And I don't agree at all that it matched Uncharted 2's graphics; UC2 had better textures, better character models, better animation, better framerate, and its bigger setpieces (e.g. the helicopter sequence in Nepal with the collapsing building) had a lot more going on than KZ2's.
